Corebound
Named galaxies, visible gates
Two small things from your questions:
- Every galaxy has a name now – Vela Reach, Ashen Drift, Corvus Hollow and many more. You see it in front of your season line and on top of the ranking, the Hall of Fame lists past seasons by name, and the report tells you where you landed when a new season starts.
- Jump gates are landmarks. Like the core, the three jump gates at the rim of every galaxy are always visible on the map, with a violet ring – so you can plan for them from the first day, whether you want their credits, an alliance mission or a jump to your friends.
A map of all galaxies is on the list for later.
