Corebound is a free space strategy game for short breaks: conquer sectors on a hex map, lead your fleet and race five other commanders for the core of the galaxy in two-week seasons.

About the game

Every commander starts with a small fleet and a flagship in a shared galaxy of six. Tap a sector, see your chances, send your ships – the battle plays out on its own in three rows, with two abilities you time yourself. Between battles you build ships, train pilots with faces and traits and research upgrades for your flagship; queues keep running while you are away and your deputy covers for you.

Seasons last two weeks. Three factions – the Terran Directorate, the Aether Consortium and the Kharr Clans – compete for sectors and the core in the centre of each galaxy. Small alliances of three mark targets on the map, reinforce each other and finish missions together. At the end of every season the best commanders and alliances enter the Hall of Fame.
